Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Sensei Trend Traders,” “Stock Sensei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of senseitrendtraders.com and its related membership community, alerts, live sessions, courses, and shop (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, or purchasing a membership or product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or resold. Notify us promptly at hello@senseitrendtraders.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe are being shared or misused.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

  • Recurring billing. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually) through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Price changes. We may change subscription prices or introduce new fees. We will provide advance notice of price changes affecting your renewal (for example, by email), and changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Continuing your subscription after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes associated with your purchase, which may be added at checkout.
  • Payment failures. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access until payment is resolved.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you retain access until then.

Except where required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or content you have already accessed. 6. Acceptable use and no redistribution

  • copy, record, screenshot for redistribution, republish, resell, broadcast, or otherwise share our trade alerts, watchlists, live sessions, courses, or other paid content with any non-member or the public;
  • share your account, credentials, or access links, or provide access to the community to anyone who has not paid for it;
  • scrape, data-mine, or use automated means to access or extract content from the Service;
  • harass, abuse, threaten, or defraud other members or our staff, or post unlawful, misleading, or manipulative content (including “pump-and-dump” promotion or coordinated market manipulation);
  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or securities rule.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate access — without refund — for violations of this section.

7. Intellectual property

All content provided through the Service — including alerts, courses, videos, written materials, graphics, logos, the “Sensei Trend Traders” and “Stock Sensei” names and marks, and the results dashboard — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content while your membership is active and in good standing. No other rights are granted, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Live sessions and third-party platforms

We host live video sessions, webinars, and community features, some of which are delivered through third-party platforms (for example, YouTube, Zoom, or similar). Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, conduct, or content. Live sessions may be recorded; by participating, you consent to being recorded, and you agree not to redistribute recordings. We do not guarantee the scheduling, availability, or uninterrupted delivery of any live session.

9. Merchandise shop and fulfillment

We may offer physical merchandise through our shop. Orders are fulfilled by a third-party print/fulfillment provider (for example, Printful). Product descriptions, pricing, availability, shipping times, and estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for physical goods pass to you on delivery to the carrier. Returns, exchanges, and defective-item claims for merchandise are handled per our shop return policy [MERCH RETURN/REFUND POLICY — CONFIRM]; contact hello@senseitrendtraders.com for assistance.

10. User content

The Service lets you post content such as chat messages, questions, and trade “wins” (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and use it in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Service (for example, sharing member wins), unless you tell us otherwise. You are responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights to post it and that it is not unlawful, infringing, or misleading. We may remove User Content at our discretion.

11. Disclaimers; no investment advice

The Service is provided for educational and informational purposes only and is offered “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not registered investment advisers or broker-dealers, and nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice or a recommendation to transact in any security. Please review our full Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our owners, officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sensei Trend Traders and its owners, officers, employees, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, your trading or investment decisions, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your license to the content ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

15. Governing law

16. Dispute resolution
